Twinkle Twinkle: Week 2 Blue Challenge



It's the 2nd week challenge over at Twinkle Twinkle Summer of Color! The theme this week was BLUE!!! I decided to create some mixed media scrapbook pages..and so I started my pages with this layout in shades of blue.
