Twinchies Challenge: Spring

I am new to this lil' world of ART! You create something on a 2 inch square! Yes, 2 inches..lol, small world..but oh so CUTE!

This was a fun challenge for me to use up some scraps!

Arty Girlz Challenge: Smile

The theme is "Smile"..I made this using a Basic Grey tag and other embellies! My daughter has the same hair style..the lil' girl sort of reminds me of her.

Painted Shelf for Horse Collection

I saw this cute lil' wooden shelf at Michael's and thought it would be perfect for my daughter's horse collection! Most are Breyer's Stablemate's..so they are smaller to fit!
The dark purple trim is great against her light purple bedroom walls!

Friends Tag

I found this lil' bird template from Hero Arts. I challenged myself to use it.

The ribbon with beading is from the Dollar Store.

This is somewhat a scraplift, but with a lil' twist of my own design.

SMILE!

I worked on this layout all day. The chipboard pieces I altered with paper, ink, and mild sanding. They are by BasicGrey.

I saw this sweet picture of my lil' girl in a regular album..I felt it needed to be scrapbooked ..my girl is a bit bigger now, but it is nice to look back!

She is my beautiful girl!

Big Owl mini-album

This mini-album is a scraplift idea from Hero Arts blog. The Big Owl is made by Hero Arts so I look for idea's there. I made this mini-album as a small gift for my friend who's dh is in the Army serving in Iraq. She can add pic's of her children to backside or maybe add some journaling and send it to him.

She has 3 kids and works fulltime, I figured she could use some of my creative goodies since she doesn't have much time herself.

Winter Layout's

I have been busy scrapping all my winter photo's and getting ready for Spring! I got 2 new kits this week by Cosmo Cricket "Get Happy & Girl Friday"..they will be perfect for our Summer picture's this new season!

I used the Get Happy paper's on this "You make me Happy" layout and I have to say I'm in LOVE with these fabulous kits which are perfect for children!

I did these cards for our upcoming March Card Swap. Got the stamp
from Michael's for only $1! I couldn't decide which I liked best green/reddish background of the 2.

Good news is I made this card today. Bad news is my lil' Savannah girl was sick all of lastnight on into today. Poor lil' girl.

Hoping she's back to her good silly self tomorrow!
